Sinopsis

This special and revolutionary book draws lessons from family life to apply in professional life. The book adopts a feminine perspective which portrays the thoughts of someone who has always suspected that family life was undervalued. It goes against the male prejudice that work, power and money are the only things that matter, and that the scope of family life limits it to the inconsequential, a false and harmful position for those who hold it.

A renowned business leader like Helena Guardans assembles in this book personal experiences with her children that have inspired her to organize teams the best way she knows how, to communicate more convincingly and to resolve conflicts at work. Exquisite stories that will capture both the female and the male reader from the very first sentence, perhaps the latter being the most in need of balancing these two aspects of life.

Helena Guardans wants to prove that there is no irreconcilable dilemma between wanting to be a successful manager and having an intense family life raising children”.
